Love Lemons

If you`re lucky enough to have an old marble work surface and sink, or your marble window sill has become stained, rub with half a lemon gently squeezing juice as you go.  Leave for a couple of minutes, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.

OR

Wash ripe or semi ripe lemons well.  Pop into the freezer in a plastic bag.  Use a little, grated onto salads, pasta or whatever dish you wish, rind, flesh `n all!

  OR

Have a rust stain on your clothing?  Sprinkle soda onto the stain, squeeze lemon juice over the soda and leave in the sun for an hour or so, then rinse.

     OR

Lemon rinds make your compost smell divine, or so my mum tells me.  Any spare at our house are dried and go to the rabbits.

OR

Drink a glass of tepid water with a lemon squeezed into it each morning.  A great way to begin the day, offering antibacterial, antiseptic properties, flushing any accumulated toxins away, reinforcing your immune system and much more.
